How gung ho are you about your fitness and weight loss goals right now? Since it's only the first week of January, chances are most of us have plenty of gung ho to go around. But, as one of my clients mentioned recently, there's a gradual waning that often occurs, moving from gung ho to simply gung and, finally, to gung no. Gung just isn't the same without it's ho (sorry...that sounded bad) but there are ways to keep them together.
