Anyone with money can buy a vibrator, and anyone with money, time, and a particular kind of co-ordination, can "give a blow job like a pro". If you're looking for something to give that's rare, think of the things that only you can give. You can give love. You can give lust. You can share some genuine part of yourself. You might think that they won't notice, but if you dig deep, and find a sexual thought or feeling that feels true and loving, and you put it out into the world, it can be more orgasmic than twelve Tantras buzzing, more explosive than a eleven vibrators whirring, more...well you get the idea.
