March is National Nutrition Month in both the US and Canada. It's a great time to think about healthy eating and adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet.


National Nutrition Month - Eat Right with Color
National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign sponsored by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). Every March, the ADA uses National Nutrition Month to promote healthy food choices.

Kale - A Green Superfood
In honor of National Nutrition Month let's look at some superfood fruits and vegetables, starting with kale.

Blueberries - A Blue Superfood
Blueberries are next on the list, packed with vitamins and antioxidants.

Oranges - An Orange Superfood
Oranges are rich in vitamins, phytochemicals and fiber.
