From Cory Silverberg, your Guide to Sexuality
I've fallen in love many times online. Sometimes it lasted, sometimes it didn't. Sometimes there was sex, sometimes we met in person. I could never completely understand why other people had such a hard time believing I could fall in love with someone I had never been in the same room as. As if their experiences of falling in love in real life were any more or less logical (or more or less successful). I was thinking about this while watching a trailer for a documentary called xoxosms, which follows two people as they meet and fall in love online, and then meet and fall in love in person. It looks like a great documentary, but it needs our help. Read on for all the fascinating and gritty details. ~ Cory

xoxosms: a documentary about love in the 21st century
How do two people establish intimacy on the Internet? Can you truly fall in love with someone you've never met? And is that love real? What do digital intimacy and love in the 21st century look like? These are some of the questions posed by xoxosms. I first learned about the project on Kickstarter, and g-chatted the film maker to find out more.

Human Computer Sexual Interactions

But human computer sexual interactions, or HCSI, is an important framework that can transform the way we think about sex and technology, from a compartmentalized approach to something more holistic, and ultimately more human.
